Electro Assembly have expanded their Technology Portfolio to include a new CMS400DF FLOWSOLDER MACHINE.
The machine accommodates any PCB or flat pallet up to 16” (400 mm) width. Jet chip wave followed by laminar contra-flowing secondary wave with adjustable backflow, for UNDERSIDE SMD SOLDERING. Infra-red PCB detector at machine entrance and automatic PCB length and width sensing for spray control. Enamel coated cast iron solder bath, 300 Kg solder capacity set for unleaded solder. Continuous FINGER CONVEYOR driven by an AC motor and inverter, via beveled gears and telescopic cardon shafts and universal joints.
Electro Assembly can also provide a leaded flow solder solution, to those clients that retain exclusion from the RoHS regulations.
