“Moving to the Earls Colne site has provided us with a purpose build production facility, providing the capacity to optimise our production flow.” All department areas are specifically designed to reduce handling through each process and all areas have been provided additional production space for expansion or high volume runs.   The increased floor space allows us to pre-plan for future equipment installations, therefore, machine footprints have already been set for new production equipment planned for October 2011.

Continuous FINGER CONVEYOR driven by an AC motor and inverter, via beveled gears and telescopic cardon shafts and universal joints.

Electro Assembly can also provide a leaded flow solder solution, to those clients that retain exclusion from the RoHS regulations.
